Our Priorities

Our primary objective is to start distilling as soon as we can. This means that restoration of the Mash House and Bonded Warehouses along with the construction of the new Tun Room and Still House will need to have first priority.

We hope to start malting locally grown barley within five years of the commencement of distillation. In the interim, the Maltings and the Kiln will house our malt storage bins and our visitors' and learning facilities. Hopefully, the visitors' and learning facilities will be re-located in the proposed Whisky Academy within five years from the commencement of distillation.
